(and.. was there anything else... and did you install 1 at a time and test between each..)
(ragehook also has additional requirements in case you've redone your pc/etc - just no details about it in your post so mentioning it, those too could also be corrupt)
Directions to clean the folder - and verify vanilla works fine before trying again.

And IIRC - lspdfr sometimes defaulted/attempted to install into the wrong folder - though I do not remember if it generated errors, or simply didn't load. This also doesn't account for other potential mod/crash related things like admin/lack of, av/security, windows defender/blocked dlls, or who knows what else.
I'd probably also rename my docs / rockstar games to rockstar games-old just to wipe all settings/saves/perms/etc too before testing. This includes NOT using cloudsync when it asks later on.
There are logs in the gtav folder that may also give some info 'related' to the mods, or my docs / rockstar games / launcher / launcher.log for crashing related to vanilla gtav.
Edit - for giggles I installed the newest lspdfr, ragehook, scripthook- and it worked fine.
