ammunation doors not opening

the doors dont open I'm in sinlge palyer and need to enter the shop but the doors dont open,
when ı walk forward it just acts like a solid wall
this both happens in and out of missions.
I havent tried restaring yet but I dont think it'll do much if anyone knows a solution could they please help?

some times what modders do to your multiplayer can carry over to single player.... you should really try restarting.

I havent played online for the past 5 months or so and I have just reinstalled a week ago I dont think a hacker did it.
if you want more info,I'm at the mission where trevor must buy a sniper from ammunation,and must go and kill a couple of bikers with ron.before swithcing off to trevor I had to restart the game without saving my progress after the heist (I dont have autosave on) so I did the heist again and played the trevor mission and shop doors havent been working since then

verify your game cache, if that doesn't work try restarting the previous mission and completing it again.
