GPU keeps changin between GPU0-3D and GPU1-COPY
Good morning,guys
I'm having problem as the title while i was playing on my notebook
while i was running the game i checked the task manager
Then i found that the GPU in-used kept changing between GPU0-3D and GPU1-COPY
though i've set the NVIDIA control it seems that is doesn't run on GPU1?
or it means that i has run on gpu1?
My computer:
CPU:I7-8750H
GPU:GTX 1050 ti
RAM:8GB

It's a laptop, right? Probably something with your power settings or a third party performance control center like MSI's Dragon Center.

Yes,it's a laptop and i had set it to high performance
However, you remind me that
is it possible that my question is caused by the battery protecting applying? (ASUS battery healthy charging , whcih i set to charge to 80% !?)
By the way, while i was playing other games (EX:APEX/Minecraft),it seems that they all use the GPU-1 3D instead of GPU-0 3D like what happened while i played GTAV @@

In task manager you can select the graphs to show. Change the gpu copy to gpu1 3d or graphics 1. Just cause the game is using your dedicated gpu doesnt mean the integrated one doesnt get used from time to time for other things (like when u alt tab out to desktop your dedicated will go low usage).

so you play on the battery instead of plugged into the outlet? In the power settings, your right, it could be throttling your PC to save battery
