First mission, cant switch characters after installing mods

I started a new story to avoid crashes from mods.
In the first mission you have to switch from michael, which is held by a cop, to trevor to shot the cop.
When i press alt nothing happens, i can't switch between them.
On an older save i can switch between michael and Franklin without any problems.
Does anyone got any idea how to force the switch or maybe jump over that event?
I already tried the F5-F7 keys and they also dont work.

I use graphics mods like NWRX Project and other mods like the atm robbery mod or the simple trainer. Please Help!

Many mods say to pass prologue (or even entire game -.-) before you bother using them.
I'd remove dinput8.dll from the folder, pass it, then put it back.

And will it solve the issue that i cant switch charechters or mission blips are missing?
