invite only session is what you should use for heist play since it solves almost all issues with connecting as you and friend(s) are direct connected and not relying on strangers connection
think of public session as a server (peer to peer hosted by random person) so you never have a good connection and you get these disconnect bugs
however think of invite only as a private server (you are the host with good network connection so you and your friends never disconnect) so a private connection is more reliable then your typical "public server"
