R* fixed lester and turned the annoying calls into text messages, just to add another annoying npc for nonstop harrasment. still wonder why our latest annoying npc won't call us nonstop just to inform about their happy hour actions.

The good old days as you just called the npc's if you wanted to do some work for them, but now you are an ceo who is too stupid to ignore calls and there is literally all the time someone who wants something from you.

There is also a message frequency option under notifications. Try using that.

You could try using critical thought you know. Did you do his NC missions? If yes open a gd helpdesk ticket. If your glitched wtf does crying about it do for you? Because if your game is not glitched, like the vast majority of people, you will not receive phone calls.

Wasn't lester calls to text a feature of the perico dlc?

iam guessing english dave will be fixed soon, while calls from the motherfooka couple start kicking in.

And if i had to estimate i would say that while playing daily lately, i have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ a call once every other day or less from LJT about MC supplies.

You may as well stop trying to defend this, it's indefensible. All of us are well aware of the phone spam in GTA, it's been a thing since GTA IV and has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse in GTA V as they added telemarketing to the list in order to sell shark cards. There's literally thousands of videos and memes on the subject as well as posts on this forum.

All this could be avoided if they added a silent option to the phone that stops calls like people have been begging for since 2013 but no, the dumb bastards at R* don't feel like giving the paying customers what they want, instead they made certain calls answer themselves...

Worst part is that after the calls you get this popup on the top left explaining what the call was about as if we are stupid. You get to watch that block your screen for another minute on top of the annoying phone call.

I have tooltips turned to OFF...is that not a tooltip?
