lmao, that guy tried to scam other players in the wrong way
Cheating is not worth it and it destroys the game also once you have everything the easy way then you will loose interest in the game
The truth is starting from zero in this game is and always has been tough. This game requires time, you just gotta put in the hours. I think the best way to do that is to find Player's you like spending time with. If it's fun, a Player is more likely to stick with it.
you can always do Mission Jobs from the menu, several pay roughly $15k per. It's a little repetitive but your instanced from the public so you wont worry bout people effing up your progress.

from there I'd suggest looking into going CEO or Motorcycle Club for further options you can do for funds, and eventually get a Bunker for gun running.

You could also get a high end housing so you can access the first bunch of Heists, though they work best if you're with 3 trusted people. There's a one time $2.2 million total bonus you can get for doing all heists with the same group and doing them IN ORDER from first to last. It doesn't matter if you're the master mind or a crew mate for the bonuses.

you can also knock off the quickie marts for a small bit of cash.
Another small help is if you team up as an Associate under a CEO you can get a retainer payment from them. plus if you're near them you get small RP boosts regularly. This is more useful if you're doing things like heists and missions together. it does add up over time.

Never forget to spin the Wheel in the casino once a day [one time $500 fee needed for entry]. It can give ya some cash or chips [which can be traded for cash] or some other goodies if you're really lucky.

Cayo Perico heist.

For newish players that will take a lot longer, how much is the sub? no new player can afford it.
Truth is starting from scratch there is no fast way.
Put in the hours.
Ever hear of You Tube ??
There are plenty of good guides.

Every new player gets 1mio from the cesp, so you just need to do one cayo perico to buy the sub and can ask in session to borrow the sparrow from another high rank player while doing the preps

you can have nowadays so many vehicles to share with low ranks while doing other stuff
pegasus, ceo vehicles and the kasotka helicopter ....
I'm a solo player and did a lot of research into the best course of action for solo play-style, so this may not be the most efficient method if you have teammates: office -> crate warehouse -> vehicle warehouse. When you have the office you can become a CEO in a session. There are several VIP works available when you are registered as a CEO, with 'sightseer' being the easiest one imo, least subject to griefers. Once I got my first crate warehouse, I solo-grinded doing single crate missions until I could afford the vehicle warehouse. I only did two vehicle missions before I stopped *trying* to earn money, and now it's accumulating naturally through playing the game with no particular purpose. My point is, it is not a linear growth, it is exponential: painfully slow in the beginning but before you know it you will be rolling in $$$, as long as you are careful with your spending.

Tips get to the point where you can invest in the office (~500k):

-Do the random challenges which come up during a session, especially the ones which don't involve combat - hardly anybody does the driving/flying ones so it's pretty easy to win them even if you're rubbish.
-You can steal and sell a random car every in-game 24 hours, some are worth 10k, maybe even more.
-Surviving a bounty on your head will gift you the bounty value (you need to stay alive for 24 in-game hours).
-Races are easy money too, you don't even have to win to get paid.
-"Good behaviour" will net you a few thousand during a session.
-At some point Simeon starts giving you a list of cars to steal for him every 24 hours (real time) and these are pretty easy money too. Some models are more valuable than others, you'll get a feel for it with experience.
-There are a bunch of 'collectibles' in the game which will reward you finding all of, you can google those. There are also stunt jumps and other things but I'm not sure if they have a monetary reward.
-Others I rate which have been mentioned already are the casino wheel and joining a VIP crew.

Bonus noob tip: you have two kinds of money, cash and bank funds. Your cash is vulnerable to being lost if somebody kills you. Make sure you use internet banking on your phone to deposit that cash as soon as you get paid, no need to go to an ATM.
I can turbo boost you with some cayo pericos.
