Help my account has been hacked

My username, character and email on rockstar social club has been changed. But i am still linked to the account through steam but i cant access the account through rockstar games launcher since the hacker changed my email to his. I cant even see his email, only his gmail name so i cant even contact him through gmail. What do i do?

yes. Just select live chat when you select the option for compromised account on the support website. its the button right next to submit ticket.

contact Rockstar Support, they will ask you to verify your original email address, proof of purchase, Steam ownership. Then you are fine to reclaim your account.
Also, immediately change your Steam password, verify your Steam Guard status and force reset all login sessions of your account. It is worth to check if any of your accounts has been pwned from here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/ (pretty out of date)

Hackers, phishers, hijackers will literally get the hand on all of your accounts, no matter if they are free accounts or not.
They use scripts and systems to massive change the account information. That hack will also evaluate account worth and flag them for further hijacking.
Even if it was free from Epic, the security system of Epic is sh!tty so the hacking will be much easier than on Steam.
If the hackers get the hands on Rockstar account, highly the chance they have the linked Steam account as well, because they are on the same compromised system. It is the matter of time they can get through Steam support to hijack the account. Imagine the worth of two accounts?
If the GTAO character is worthy, they can sell it to some kids.

yikes, is there a way to unlink epic from steam? probably not ;( genies, bottles, damn ;(

My steam account has not been hacked luckily, and i have not linked my steam account to anything besides this rockstar social account. I have steam authenticator and everything up to date, just weird how my rockstar social account has been hacked, changed email and password without unlinking my steam account to it. So I still got access to GTA V but my character has changed and so has my username in game.
