Why i cant find any people playing races and that stuff??? All looks empty

That can happen if you're isolated on the peer-to-peer mesh network they use for GTA Online. For example, there might be well over 100,000 players online and yet you yourself may only be connected to a very small handful of players and the bulk of those might only be doing heists or hanging out in freeroam, so races and other activities seem empty when you try to join. It's quite random, though your modem/router and Windows firewall settings can also be a factor. Changing lobbies may help - for example I have a hard time finding populated races if I try joining those from an invite-only lobby, but switching briefly to a public lobby will often reveal race lobbies with a good number of other players - but going further (and getting more technical) you can also try adjusting the open port settings of your firewall to what Rockstar suggests in this article they posted:

That's what I would try first. Some race types might also just be generally unpopular at the moment, for instance special vehicle races (jetpack, blazer aqua, etc.) and the premium race, but the new car meet races (street and pursuit) should be busy, plus the stunt and hotring races have dedicated fans that often play those.
