can i play gta 5 mods on fivem singleplayer?
or can i only do it on actual gta 5 story mode?

fivem is mutiplayer only if you looking for FivePD

From my understanding FiveM does have a modified singleplayer, but its for FiveM server scripts. So if you want to use a FiveM script mod, you gotta install and run it through the FiveM launcher.
