Loading stuck while going to Cayo Perico Gather Intel

2nd playthrough, just starting the heist, just flying the slowest plain in the game all the way to the south. And it's been two times that the game just gets stuck and that's it.....

Try restarting your game completely. Join an Invite-Only session and try again.

so modders can cause this, the trick I found to work is use the public solo lobby trick by pausing the game for 8 seconds then unpausing in resource monitor which throws you into your own server not being interfered with by modders

Little late here, but the problem started for me (and persists) when I register as CEO. But when I register as an MC president, the intel mission starts normally. This also does not happen when you register as a VIP. Only the CEO Boss register creates the infinite loading screen.
