if you use the second slot the only thing that transfers is bank account stored money (its shared)

if you go into online options and change character should take you to a create area

I already did. You can't change gender with that glitch anymore.

When ingame press start(esc)> online> swap character, 2nd slot should be free and allow you to make a 2nd character.
