hello, i have a big problem

I downloaded the gta a few days ago, but I cannot enter the game, when I enter the launcher, it is disconnected mode, and I try to use touchvpm, but it does not solve the problem. help :(

"Run as administrator": What does it mean? I've never seen any STEAM game which would require "Run as administrator"

what does Run as administrator mean?
Try google sometime.
you right click the launcher file, and run as administrator. Simple
This is to verify the issue is not a permissions issue

thanks, i coud play the game, i already installed with administrator, and unistalled xbox
because it seemed that it made a mistake, with the gta
