Report a translation problem
Just look in the key-bindings for keys that are set to Page-up.
Also usually with a laptop you need to press the ''FN" button at the same time as your number 9 button. That way you can use the page-up function.
Maybe the home key + 9?
Or Numlock?
Can't you rebind it?
Numlock Key - in the opposite state of whatever it was in - uses the other side of Page Up/#9. <--- this assumes that laptop actually has those 'dual functions' in it's keyboard brain.
Then, if all else fails - get a real keyboard and plug it in - then use it to cure world hunger, create world peace - and play GTA 5...lol
