Still slipping radio antenna thingy

The guy that i need to meat dosent spawn at his location.
Neither have i met him couse if i go to an antenna it dosent prompt me to use E to repair?

Any others whit problem like this?

I believe event is over and those who did not repair them no longer can do it.

It was only a single eventweek.
The antenna are still there, but they are all "repaired".
For real, to repair the antenna, just flip a switch.

it works in 99% of problems simply restart the router
