that card is ass and getting a 7 fps boost would probably boost him up to a stable 30 fps. if you're using something like a gtx 1660ti then yeah a 7 fps boost is terrible since you're already getting good frames.

OP literally said that OCing gives no fps boost so I fail to see how OCing helps
there isn't a boost here in GTA V because this game is really CPU intensive
heh that gpu is on par with onboard video. there is no saving it and as you can see he gets no gains in gtav. so it is pointless.
OK, and? He's wants a boost in GTA, which is almost never going to happen
