I think most of those "I Got Banned For NOTHING" posts are from users that are finding that out... don't be one of them...lol
Take Two has more of an issue with the modding community than Rockstar does.
ANY and ALL mods are FORBIDDEN in GTAO.
Some mods automatically disable online, so you can't accidentally join and get banned.
Not all though, so you definitely have to know what you are doing.
Sadly, Rockstar Games are far from being the good guys themselves. They've done shadier stuff like Take-Two before so both of them are just as bad.
