Hardware access icons

So, about the 4 "Hardware access" icons near my character in the STATS menu:
- Plane
- Helicopter
- Boat
- Car
I have 3 of them, the only expection being the Plane. What do I have to do to "get" it? Just curious. I already own a hangar with a plane in it, and an Avenger... isn't that enough?

I think the icons are for pegasus vehicles and don't include personal aircraft in your hangar.
