Menyoo controller glitch

I know this isn’t the right place to talk about single player modding. But I’m sure someone has tried the same thing as me. Big community.. anyways I bought a controller for my gaming laptop so I can play games on an airplane without a keyboard and mouse taking up room, and it works great on every game accept gta 5. I have single player mods installed including menyoo. Everytime I get in a car, and steer.. my car flies across the road like it’s drag racing or some ♥♥♥♥. I went on my main gaming pc to see if it would do the same thing and it didn’t, which tells me that it’s a mod I installed. I uninstalled menyoo on my laptop and the steering was fixed. This tells me 100% that it’s menyoo. When I installed it back, brand new files from menyoo and everything. It started to happen again. Which I dont understand cause people play with a controller using menyoo on Pc all the time. I was going to do a clean install today of gta ans add only menyoo to see if it was maybe other mods mixed with menyoo ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the steering. But before I do that I wanted to ask.

1. I play on rockstar not steam, came here to ask question
2. Vac ban is from infinite warfare, bio explains how I got it
3. I dont mod online, just single player
4. My main pc and laptop have the same specs i7 rtx2060 32gbs ram. 500gb of space on laptop, 10tb of space on main pc.
5.it’s not the controller. I tested it on other games
6.do not be a ♥♥♥♥♥ about this, I’m just seeking for help.
7. I dont care of your computer is better. There’s nothing wrong with mine.
