why can't I go into trevors safehouse?
I just completed story and I cant go into trevors safehouse (the caravan). Instead some woman is in there and shouts out at me, can someone help?

As Emiboss said, you need to bring a van back to Trevor's mother to complete her task. The van you're looking for has "Deludamol" written on the sides. You should be able to find one at any of the hospitals, or at the pharmacy where you pick up Pack1e earlier in the game.
