no problem.. if this is just hardware information it's fine.. just don't give your personal information such as email, id, password, or other important information.. giving hardware information to customer service isn't harming your pc..

i did who knows what theyre doing with it
if you are lucky you will see a fix in the big winter update
it is a mobile chipset issue aka only ancient laptops are affected
