tested solo pub session and it worked, people mentioned in gta forums invite only should also work for the vans

i don't know if the vans ar fully random or if you need one of each sort.
i had so far a spawn at lesters fabric and one at epsilon center

one spawned for me in a solo public session
it was the one at la mesa at lesters fabric

have you finished the story
it may possible that you have to meet him in the story to unlock the event
or the average modder messed up the session

Question: How many vans are there? I am missing the Lion Pelt and I did 3 (Rusty truck, car and the a van). Did it glitch out or is there another one?
