If i buy GTA 5 on steam does it come with GTA online?

Yes you get access to the online mode, you don't need to buy the special "online premium" edition to gain access to the online, those are just some items to help get started

(though i would recommend the premium edition during the sale if youc an afford it, the 1 million GTA$ is worth the like 4$ extra imo plus the extras, gives you a pretty good head start and some basics to start making money online ),

The online portion is technically a free add-on you get when you buy GTA 5 singleplayer.

the game included online mode and story mode are in one so you don't need to buy premium edition to gain access to GTA online, in my opinion it will give you the worst business place in the online mode... but it's up to you.. all DLC in gta online is free update,..

may be the worst properties
but you get a ceo office, bunker, a super car
then the mc club and a counterfeit cash factory
sure they are "the worst" ones but it's an extra 4$ if you buy it during the sale
the 1 million gta $ is worth that 4$ alone.
and that gives you a massive head start
regardless if they are technically the worst ones due to location.
it's in no way worth not on sale
you'd be better off spending that on sharkcards
but for an extra 4$?
