Game crashes after Casino DLC

I've played GTA online for about 1,5 - 2 years. I have encountered millions of connection problems, but I have rarely encountered the game crashing and kicking me out to the operating system (not just out of online, but out of the game!). This happened to me 3 times after the online "Casino" DLC came out. Is it just me or do other people have a similar problem as well?

Yeah, I've been having the same issue..

All my drivers are up to date, all updates, etc.

Nvidia 1060Ti card with 6gb DDR5, with a f'n 12 core Intel i7 9th gen, 16gb DDR4 ram, SSD, etc and the game still runs like something something stupid something..

So, at least I know it's not just me.

I just had probably the 10th crash now.

I was in the casino playing high stakes poker at the tables with 20k placed on "ante" and 5k placed on the "pair plus". As i was watching down on my cards (I had a straight) and was about to "play" them ... the game simply crashed.

I logged back in the game and I didn't get my 25k back. I'm not saying that I would have definitely won this bet, but at the least I should have the right for a rematch or get my $ back.

WIsh rockstar would fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess they created. People reported that playing offline solved the crashes, maybe it's anti cheat related??

What do you mean by "People reported that playing offline solved the crashes" ... as in - playing the single player game offline solved the crashes of the online? What are you trying to say?

you need to downgrade graphic driver.I suggest 430.86.First uninstall with display driver uninstaller then install . This way fixed my crashes

well im on 431.60 and its not perfect but better than it was

I also suffered from this update and searched for a solution for about 2-3 weeks
I understood for a long time and found a solution that helped me:
1. FULL reinstallation of Vcredist. GTA 5 works only in 64x versions, which means we will use vcredists from 2005 to 2017 only for 64x architectures. (There is no reason to set 32x, most likely the game will return not 0x000005, but 0x000007 or 0x000007b due to incompatible libraries)
2. Disable DEP utility for programs and enable ONLY for services and drivers. (how to do it, google it, it’s not so difficult and is in My computer)
3. In Invidia Inspector, for my video card I twisted 2 levels of performance in the GPU Clock. In each I gave a value of +50, in Memory and Shader Clock +65. In Fan (cooling the video card), removed it from automatic mode and set it manually by 100%
**four. Deleted all the files in the root of the game that are not .RPF files and are not folders with updates, info, etc.
5. After step 4, I double-checked the cache in Steam on behalf of the administrator and rebooted the PC.
6. Later I installed Mem Reduct so that the game probably didn’t crash, because RAM is working slowly for me and at first I thought that the problem was RAM

* Performance Level [0] - (p8) and Performance Level [1] - (p0)
** This is one of the ways that you can see on the forum. If your hash is the same, then it makes no sense to spend it 20 times.

Same....haven't been having crashes til this DLC came out. Too afraid to run any of my businesses now cause the game will probably just throw a fit in the middle of them.

Personally, R* needs to get their arses on GTA6/Online 2, instead of updating a 5-6 years old game with an outdated engine that keeps getting more problems with every update.
