I've read about the program. A lot of it is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It claims it defragments memory, even though RAM doesn't generally get fragmented. It "repairs" memory leaks and "optimizes" memory, whatever that means. It also keeps the "CORE KERNEL EXECUTIVE" in memory, which is something I've never heard before, and even so, if the kernel wasn't in memory then how the ♥♥♥♥ is the OS even running?
But to answer the question, I don't see why it would get you banned. Use it at your own risk still.
For sp? Use anything your heart desires
I dont wanna see another thread by op saying "ban for nothing" as ill have to add that to the list of banned for nuffin threads
There was one which lowered graphics more than the game would and people can get banned
Either way its ops choice like they mentioned above
