"Mr. Richards" bugged?

Hi.
So, I've got nearly all the gold medals except on two missions, but the other one is doable with patience.

What I'm mad about right now is the last gold medal condition "Perfect Touchdown" doesn't seem to be programmed very well (well, duh, Rockstar game...).

Anyway, I've tried it without help a few times, then looked up how to do it. The guide said to "take your time with landing and line up with the yellow marker perfectly". Did that, still didn't count.

I even tried using a trainer to actually line up perfectly with the yellow marker, didn't work.
Then I teleported to the marker, didn't work.

Has anyone had the same issue and somehow managed to fix it?
