Win the "Deadline" adversary mode to unlock the Shotaro -> Buy a Shotaro -> Outfit is now unlocked to buy in stores.

i dont think you need to win to buy outfit i think you just need to buy the bike for a limited time.

YOU DON'T NEED TO WIN FOR THE OUTFIT OR THE BIKE.
SIMPLY RUNNING IT ONCE IS ENOUGH FOR BOTH!
OUTFIT CAN BE FOUND BY WALKING UP TO THE CASH REGISTER UNDER OUTFITS:DEADLINE
ALL IN CAPS BECAUSE THE TARDS ABOVE ARE CLEARLY TALKING OUT OF THEIR ARSE (LIKE ALWAYS)

Edit: Outfit costs 200K
