GTA V PS3 to PC activation key?
Hello!
I bought GTA V on the playstation store for my PS3.
Now, my friend is asking me to play GTA Online on the PC with him.
How do I obtain the activation key for GTA?

You should have the key automatically entered. Somehting smells fishy, or that's something between your legs. You already played the game, what's wrong?

There is no such thing. You can't buy on ps3 and then play on pc.

you cant "convert" a ps3 game to the pc, you will need to buy the pc version of the game.

Ugh. I meant, isn't it supposed to give you an activation key so you can get a PC copy of the game when you buy GTA on PS3?

No, you have to buy the game on PC, which is what everyone said. You can transfer your character from PS3 to PC via social club, but you still need to buy a PC copy of GTA V to play GTA V Online on PC.

That's um....never been a thing. Ever. Especially since the game was exclusively on consoles at first.

What if I had bought the disk version of GTA V at a physical store? Would I have been able to activate GTA V on my PC too, because I've been hearing something about being able to plug a disk into your PC and get the game on steam.

Disc version is only Rockstar version , you can not activate it on Steam , You want to have game in steam ,you need to buy it directly from it .
An no matter witch version you got , you will have to create social club account, in order to play the game single play and multi with others .

Yes ! Disc version is Non steam version .
