Ok, just that if i buy this game, i dont wnat to get banned for using a fps counter of any type, will just use the built in one now.

Steam has an FPS counter that can be used globally for steam games. Simply enable it in the Settings under the In-Game tab. I'd say turn on the high contrast colour settings as well. Place it where you like, there is no performance hit. ^_^

I've been using the steam fps counter for everything, it doesn't get you banned.

You cannot get banned for running legal softwares in the background,its impossible to get banned for it so dont worry,people whoever said they got banned for using fps counter they simply lie.

Steam has FPS counter just use that...

Can enable Steam overlay's counter, or I've been using MSI afterburner's overlay since launch also and no bans for it, i've racked up ALOT of hours. Fraps should be safe too, just very minimalistic.
