Higher clearance at Fort Zancudo

Is it impossible? It would suck to be stuck at a low level clearance and not treat it like my playground lol

I thought that once I bought a hangar, I would be able to "borrow" any vehicle I wanted and just take off with it.

Apparently, I can't land any aircraft I want since trying to land with a military cargo plane gives me 2 stars right away.

You can buy a plane. Then you will be able to land at Fort Zancudo with no stars.

What do you expect when you land a military airplane reported as stolen on a military airbase?

Buy one, then they know it's your's and let you land.

The only thing we will get is low level access correct? We can't do anything to make it high level access? (If that's even a possibility?)
