Under "normal" circumstances , your hardware should run GTA 5 with 1280x720 , everything low with 20-30fps. Maybe 35. Maximum 40.
But I said "normal" circumstances. Now it depends on many factors.
Like your temps ( throttling ) , your background activity , and many things.
You should run the game fine as in the video I showed you. The only different thing is the RAM. You have 6gb ( - 2gb for windows = 4gb free for GTA) and in video is 8gb ( -2 gb for WIndows = 6gb)
There is a big difference between 4gb ram free and 6gb ram free when we're talking about GTA 5.
