Does FiveM require higher specs than those required to run GTA V without low FPS and stutter?

I was asking because i saw YouTuber's playing FiveM with advanced graphics. Do i need advanced graphics or will graphical settings stay the same and are not required?

My computer is a win or lose on games like this. I have Intel graphics hd 620, and no more than 6 gigs. i3 7100u. Is this enough to even run gta iv on low settings?

If you won't buy a new PC soon. I suggest you to buy more RAM for your laptop. And you'll do better in gaming.

I installed GTA V on my 2013 ASUS laptop that has 6GB RAM and it worked.

Over 30 fps, mostly around 40 and rarely above 50. Then again, my laptop GPU is a measly GT 740M with a dodgy 3rd generation i7 CPU, I believe it was the 3630QM or something. Settings were low-medium. Low settings for the intesive options and medium for the less intensive ones.

No, but the GTA Online part requires more specs than the minimum listed.
