altruist cult shootout mission

Hello everyone, I was stuck with the * altruist cult shootout mission * and I did not find the random event characters anywhere even though I went back many times and I also completed 14/14 random events before, so can i see those characters again ? And does this mission affect the progress of completing 100% of the game?

There are 57 random events in the game (+3 more if you're a returning player).

For the Altruist Shootout event to trigger, you need to deliver 4 NPCs to them.
However, only specific NPCs from a limited number of random events can be delivered.
That means, if you have already completed these events normally, you will miss out on the Altruist Shootout.
Also, only when playing as Trevor you will get the option to deliver people.

I suggest these NPCs, because they have no other benefit (money, golf partner, heist partner):

Hitch Lift 3
Hitch Lift 4
Snatched

NOT suggested, because you'll permanently lose them:
Burial (you'll get $60k later)
Domestic (you'll get a golf partner)
Getaway Driver (you'll get a heist crew member)
Hitch Lift 2 (you get a booty call option)

If you have not completed a random event (as seen on your checklist), they will always repeat after some time.

That means, even if you abandon the location, kill the target or die, you can repeat them.

Just go to the same location until you see the blue blip on the map.
