Report a translation problem
As mentioned (in your previous thread) - I'd look at getting/building a custom gameconfig.xml.
Possibly set windows pagefile/virtual memory to be system controlled - and/or - match your ram.
And- strip your mods, only install one at a time to see IF infact, you have a problem child.
For all we know - your issues could be heavily based on your graphic settings themselves.
Can we assume your game works 100% fine with zero issues on a completely vanilla install?
You certainly never responded to your other thread beyond crash occurences.

Have you used the GTA Benchmark to adjust your graphics? Google GTA benchmark and run it. Adjust some settings and run it again. When the game goes through the benchmark without hitching its optimized internally.
