Rescue ULP Bug? How to fix?

Alright, so this bug is pissing the ♥♥♥♥ off of me and my buddy. So we are on Act 2, second setup entitled "Rescue ULP". We manage to kill everyone in the warehouse, but the ULP refuses to move out of it. How the ♥♥♥♥ is this suppose to be done? The ♥♥♥♥ just likes to sit up there. I killed every single person inside, and scoured it for several minutes. We've done this part of the mission 3-4 times now, and each time it gets bugged at this part and fails to let us continue. Any idea why this is happening?

There is only two of us doing these as-well, if that changes anything. He plays lookout and I go inside as the ground team.

I have the same problem. it's super annoying

Just try restarting your game. For some reason, the next day when we tried it it worked flawlessly.

Restarted the client and not the session, right? Otherwise, I have no clue. I figured he'd follow once everyone was dead, but if you don't see him move immediately with you towards the stairs then he is bugged. Very stupid bug, played for like an hour the other day trying to do it to no prevail.

we are close to him, he DOESNT move at all. he is holding his pistol and aiming at the wall lol

Weird, I've never had this bug.

You don't need to restart. Just touch him and stay a few seconds very close to him. If he still refuses to move then go out of the room and try it again.

for anyone who is still having troubles like this (i spent a good 7 hours trying to figure it out) when you get to the top balcony (as ground) you need to hold to the left behind the boxes as that's the trigger for the 2 guys to run out

Make sure you rescue him to trigger a check point then you can go outside and suicide to respawn outside with ulp all ready to go

If you go there with a two seat car it usually ♥♥♥♥♥ up idk why try going with a 4 seat car

i got this bug too, but only if a player in my lobby has a nightclub. Ive read that if u have a nightclub it bugs because there is a corrupted file in the new DLC.

If you have a nightclub try to check your game files on steam.

and by the way... if u come up to the room where the ULP is and the 2 guards dont start running u know that it will bug

Necroing the thread, but it still happens. He does not move. Yeah restarting fixed it....so annoying, had to quit out entirely and set it up again.

try playing from inv only session these bugs are typically solved by having all players in the same inv only session ( dont play heists from public session or the latency bugs occur )
