Can't shoot with franklin in the merryweather heist (offshore)

every time I do this mission when I need to shoot the army of merryweather with franklin, I get stuck, I can not shoot, I can only move the camera. Is this a bug of the game or something? I really need help with this problem!!!

its because of a mod.

You have to hit the functions keys over and over. That worked for me.

If it's the part where Franklin has to shoot from the helicopter, I did some testing and eventually found out it was the presence of both the Combat MG and the Combat MG MK2 machine gun that "confused" the game, because this is the gun fired from the helicopter. Using the Enhanced Native Trainer, I removed the MK2 from Franklin (I removed the check mark from "equip the Combat MG MK2"), and presto: I could waste those Merryweather m_therf_ckers again!

Um for me in the mission it says franklin doesn't have sniper ammo which fails me. And before the mission I max out on ammo but it never works... did anyone else have that issue or is it me?

I'm having a same problem here I've purchased both sniper and a lot of ammo but still I couldn't even start a mission it says Franklin ran out of ammo idk what to do now
