Phantom Wedge dilivery How?

After trying to deliver gunrunning shipments with the provided phantom wedge I've failed and lost my shipment both times... The problem is that the damn wedge always breaks down/explodes before I can get the shipment to the dot leaving me with no way to move the shipment before the time runs out, while I get gunned down by cops repeatedly... First time it cost me 90k and then followed by 30k

Maybe a bug, the phantom wedge that spawns with the delivery is pretty much indestructible from collissions and small arms fire. Just don't turn it upside down, drive it into water, or let other players shoot at it.

Saw the phantom wedge of crewmembers to blow up. You should still have enough of time to grab another lorry to pull the trailer.
The phantom wedge seems to take damage like ramp buggy. So just try to not crash in every single car on the road.

You could use a cargobob to deliver the trailer, but I wont recommend operating cargobob under sustained fire.

Not in my experiance. Which is the problem, by the time it breaks down the clock is too low for me to find another truck and get to where the cargo is... Both times I've had the ♥♥♥♥ luck of getting it as my means of delivery. Also, poor don't have a cargobob(I'm actually trying to save up for an MoC, at which point my problem would probably be solved.)

it almost blow up for me once and was smoking very badly so noticed it gets alot of damage after ramming vehicles so i began to avoid it and it never began smoking after that one time.
edit: its now my favorite delivery mission

Try to ram cops only when necessary, otherwise it'll break down. It's very doable if you keep the ram for roadblocks and these 2-3 cop cars that actually pose a threat.

also depends how far is your bunker from the city, if its in paleto the dlivery takes almost 3 whole minutes longer than in farmhouse or scrapyard bunkers( these 2 i would recomend to have because of ease of delivery)

Let me guess - you're coming from the Paleto bunker?
If that's the case, you just straight up picked the wrong bunker and those Phantom sales are going to be smokey and frustrating unless you hook up your MOC cab instead. That thing is indestructable.

Yeah... I got the cheapest bunker I could find when it was when it was on sale, which is probably the Paleto one....

I'm actually trying to save up enough for a MoC currently...
