How to use stromberg submersible mode?

Tried every button and holding X like it worked the first time.

hold H, i know its weird, on deluxo its X, why cant it be X for stromberg...

its hold H, like i mentioned, also you can do it even on the ground/road, i tried it when going full speed, going to submarine mode and it will just grind on the road lmao

I think he's on a gamepad.
I was telling him how to actually go down if you're in the water already. On gamepad the transform button is L3 (click the left stick)

I think default controls on a gamepad is hold right d-pad which I think also maps to hold H with keyboard controls. [X] on the gamepad I think is weapon selection by default.
