At what level is best to do the arcade heist?

So I'm a bit new to GTA 5 on PC, I used to play on PS4, but these players made me stay with them for hours of trying this heist over and over again, and we kept failing repeatedly and it was so annoying, until we all gave up at the end. What is the best level to do this heist? Cuz it's not easy at all, and the players who invited me were kinda low leveled. One was 50 and the rest were like under 20.

Honestly level has nothing to do with it if you're a seasoned player, i.e. coming from ps4/XB1 to PC or vise versa, as long as you're familiar with the heists and mechanics of the game you should be fine.

Now finding a low level player that knows what they're doing is pretty rare, at least in my case. I've run into a few players that were low levels and did really well, in some cases better than the higher level players.

Only thing you should be aware of if you're gonna play heists at a low level is that your health and ammo are gonna be low, so if you were to play any heist on hard, enemies will kill you almost instantly so taking cover is definite must.

I believe your health maxes out at level 100 and ammo at 50, although I could be wrong about the ammo. I know it maxes out around that level range.

Seeing as how you're talking about the casino heist, 2 of the approaches are a breeze (approaches being Silent and Sneaky and The Big Con) those can be done at any level, that is of course if you're playing with a good player. I recommend playing with 4 people only if you know them.

I think you only need stamina maxed out if you don't want to have many issues doing that heist. Otherwise level doesn't really matter.

The hardest part of the casino heist is completing it without connection or game-breaking issues from rockstar.

Doesn't matter the level, you will be extremely lucky if you get it all done first try without mistakes, but you learn from them

If they keep restarting, just find new session when you load in to the job. Or open phone and delete it. Casino heist is easy, but I bet host had not prep like duggan shipments complete what leaves armor/helmets for enemies. And it was aggressive or failed stealth/con..

Heist is very easy once you work out the patterns. It just takes time to work them out. But once you have a good idea of it, you'll be quick to work out other patterns as well. I started it at around level 40~50 ish and been farming it ever since. DC glitch is my biggest problem ffor casino heist

Entirely depends on approach and your hacking skills. Level doesn't mean jack in this game.

G6 big con? 95% hacking vault and grabbing and 5% knocking out like two dudes.
Aggro? Duggan shipments + heavy armor + sewer entry = a level 5 could do it probably.
Stealth? Don't do it with randoms.
