First buy Bunker or terrorbyte?

Bunker, definitely that.

bunker is excellent solo bussines with good profit and you research
terror byte is for more advanced players and you need a nightclub first to store it

well the terrorbyte (and nightclub) are for when you have a few businesses already, as it makes it easier to source and the nightclub basically gives you free money with the underground area as it's sep from your actual businesses
but only if you already have most of the businesses and have linked them


why sooo many people buy it first?
probably due to the mk ii opresser but it's one of the dumbest uses for your money at the start,
can't even really use the nightclub or terrorbyte without having a few businesses.

ceo crates and bunker are the best solo
import export is kinda slow by yourself

Don't forget that zancudo bunker and hangar come free from twitch prime from time to time! It happened 3 times in the last 18 month! and twitch prime as a free month trial. If you can wait, I will wait. 1st business to buy is definetly MC club, after it's 5 businesses, 2nd Office, 3rd nightclub, after technician in nightclub to get a free selling product business. after warehouse crates companies, after bunker, after hangar, after facility, after you start to buy vehicles, before that not worth! better not buy vehicles until you make a lot of moneys!

i'd invest in a large crate warehouse the cheapest one is 1.5 million and
sells for 2.2mil + 20k
takes about 3-4 hours to fill solo and costs 500k to fill up using 3 crates (so 1.6 mil profit)
you'll make your investment back + a little bit of profit with your first fill. no other business can claim that.


the warehouse unlike literally every other business (other then import export)
can't be raided. so no worries about that dumb ♥♥♥♥♥.

it's the fastest solo business but make sure you do them in an empty pub. it is very easy to get griefed sourcing or selling.

if you don't have it yet get the arcade first and run casino heist it will make that cash back faster the next time

if you have a nightclub. You need an MC club asap, to be able to buy mc businesses. This is the logic thing to do. Nightclub make a lot of moneys when you have mc businesses! And nightclub is selling products missions only, you don't have to gather any ressources!

Also note that it's not worth buying supplies if you have no upgrades because you'll lose money.
