GTA V Safe Mode?

How do you turn off GTA V safe mode? The game crashed once, than i accidentally press the launch with safe mode. I want to turn it off but idk how, now the game is running with low fps. I probably have 60-80 fps when playing without safe mode.

Ok if hold down the button that changes your view from third to first. And a menu should pop up scroll down it until you find safe mode. If it says off turn it on then turn it back off. Then somewhere on the screen it should say something like exiting safe mode in like 10 seconds( I don't remember.) If the safe mode is already on just switch it off

I pressed V which is my view changing key, but no menu pop up ;(
