Could Not establish connection

I am getting this problem when i open rockstar can somebody help out.

Offline Mode: Could not establish connection.

This is the error im getting so i cant play online.

its better that way, right now everyone has lost their data in some way. come back tomorrow and try again.

I can't even run the freaking game, the launcher says error or something.
self radio music thing isn't even showing up.

They`ve probably disconnected the service to investigate the matter after receiving countless support tickets from players who`ve lost all their belongings.

I just logged in and got onto a server perfectly fine, so maybe not.

Try to delete the "launcher" and "social club' folders located in "This Pc > Documents > Rockstar Games"

Still the same problem, if i deleted rockstar games i think i will have to reinstall again?

I fix the connection issue, by going to msconfig and click on services and make sure rockstar launcher is check, then ran the game and it works.

My advice, uninstall rockstar launcher, uninstall GTA 5, restart the computer, reinstall both again. I know i am having an issue with the self radio not showing up, despite every effort adding mp3s, etc. So i decided to reinstall all over again. But i haven't done it yet, but thats what i plan do .

You might just have reinstall the launcher and app again. but try uninstalling the launcher again, delete the launcher folder and restall first.

i have this problem and i can not fix it with anything
how did you use the proxy ?
