Criminal Mastermind bug?

Hey guys,

I have tried to do Criminal mastermind with a friend of mine for almost 2 months by now. Today I gave up, it is the only hardest achievement that I need to get in order to get 100% Achievement progress in GTA V. So basically, after completing the first part of the Doomsday heist it automatically says that Second Part will reset your challenge progress. Need help.

I've seen loads of people complain about the progress and challenges glitching out like this for them. Your best option might be to hit up Rockstar on a support ticket!

It's an old bug. Try to do all preps in public, switch to invite only and do setups there. All the time stay in same org/mc. When you load from completed jobs, do not alt tab, do not use steam overlay or anything like that to interfere with loadings.
Btw for masterminds achievements you need to do cmm 3 times. With 2, 3 and 4 player group.

I have already done that, expecting a fix hopefully. I saw on Reddit recently that they have fixed it for some person in GTA Online.

Oh wow, so it means I have to do it 3 times?

All honesty, I did try 3 times with 2 players (Me and my friend) literally at the end of the third part it would say your challenge progress will be reset. The thing is, we tried a lot, same ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug always messes up the game. Also, to even achieve 3rd part itself is a hassle, let alone your progress resetting. But you sure, what you offered might be a fix?

You do it with the same crew all the jobs including fleeca.

Fleeca 2/2 - Rest all 4. Do anything else, get reset, your friends do anything else, get reset. That's how it eez.

In order to get this achievement I have to do the first part of it as well?

I remember when I was playing on PS3 it didn't have this one, good times.

old heists have nothing to do with this.. they have separate ingame award and that's it.

and yeah, staying in invite only for setups should help a lot, especially if you actually were doing it fully in public with all the random loading times, cheaters around, crashes, errors... even when you do preps you should make private public sessions to avoid extra problems (mainly cheaters).

and yes, you need to do it 3 times. there are 3 doomsday cmm awards in game: cmm II, cmm III and cmm IV (2 player team, 3 player team and 4 player team). once you complete all of them, you get achievement
