That is R's official response to modded money so ignore those who say you will get banned.
Only way to get banned is if there is proof you were willingly asking for the money then that could lead to a ban but just having money dropped on you just spend if. Most likely it isn't enough for R to even worry about it. Over my time in game (Over 900 hours) I have probably had a couple million dropped on me. Just leave the session and accept that you got a little free money.
