Spinning the wheel and getting lucky.
No one likes glitching Idiots
Manipulating the wheel by gamepad/keyboard if the system to increase and decrease the speed by said "gadgets" of the said wheel is not something that can get you banned tho.
If R* made it so it could be manipulated by holding/pressing certain keys, then this is completely legit and it's not a bad thing that people figured out a way of how to use that "system" effectively.
If it would require additional software (cheats?) to do that, or some special gadget for PC from eBay or whatever, or basically anything that was not done and planned by R* would be considered as glitching, cheating, hacking, etc.. and would be bannable.
Just my 2 cents.
