Lucky Wheel Glitch

there is a "glitch" on how to win the podium car everytime. but the only I know or Found on the internet is to use a controller by holding the left stick diagonally up and left between the 10-11 o'clock position. Wait a couple of seconds then gently bring the stick down while still pushing left and many people did get the podium car using tht technique. now im on PC so does anyone know how to get the podium car on PC?

Manipulating the wheel by gamepad/keyboard if the system to increase and decrease the speed by said "gadgets" of the said wheel is not something that can get you banned tho.
If R* made it so it could be manipulated by holding/pressing certain keys, then this is completely legit and it's not a bad thing that people figured out a way of how to use that "system" effectively.
If it would require additional software (cheats?) to do that, or some special gadget for PC from eBay or whatever, or basically anything that was not done and planned by R* would be considered as glitching, cheating, hacking, etc.. and would be bannable.

Just my 2 cents.

Just pull out your internet if you see it's not gonna land on the vehicle. reconnect and try again untill it does land on the vehicle.

the thing is tht game took fcking years to load lol, doing tht until i get the podium car is going to drive me crazy

That damn wheel; Firstly I never know when it's time to spin again, is R expecting me to keep a little note pad handy to write down the time every day? Stopping what you're doing to go all the way to the casino, spin the stupid thing and winning clothes, chips or money. I make more running guns anyway. (Tried the 4 and 5 second methods, doesn't work for me) I'm ready to give up on the wheel, waste of time.
