Can anyone help me with gta 5 offline modding

I already modded and put flash mod in it and plus I also created a backup file for it and when i try to open it always open from steam (my main game floder) when i try to open from the modded floder please help me I just want to play offfile with my mod.

hi ,, i use frlcpd ,, and launch RAGE from the folder attached to STEAM while when i want to play in MP i start from the copy .exe.

I'm sorry but could you say it more clearly i didn't get what you were saying and i'm confused now

So ,,, i use police mod LSPDFR and I have to start from the folder connected to STEAM to be able to use RAGE (which is used to start the mod) and although playing in singleplay I must be online. Instead I created a copy to start the "clean" game in both single and MP modes. If you have a mod, start a first time online (to start offline games you must have started online once via STEAM) ... then try starting GTA.exe (having STEAM off line) that you find in the folder of game. you should be able to start story mode and consequently your mod.

That doesn't sound right. You should be able to start from the ragehook exe...I think.
