How to repair '' Your mobile operation center is not empty'' error?
The MOC is empty when I get to the bunker and when I leave the property I can access the service and call but when I am far from bunker area, I lose access and get this message: Your mobile operation center is not empty.

That happens to me if I call on the MOC when I'm driving something else I own. If I get out for a moment, I can call the MOC in and then hop back in my personal vehicle. That's the only time I've encountered that message, but if you're having the same thing happen when you're on foot, you might need to reach out to Rockstar support (though if it's an actual bug, I suspect they won't be able to do much or it might be a long wait).

Ok...at least I'm not playing as much as before so I can wait. Same thing as some of my saved outfits are not working in the wardrobe at home but on stores or in the personal menu do work.

Yeah, wish I could be optimistic about them addressing a bug like that in short order, a fix might be packaged with the next DLC whenever that arrives, or maybe that could be something already given priority and they'll correct it with one of those odd tuneables updates.

Used to have the same issue with my Avenger.. I remember one time I had to stop, exit my personal vehicle, just so I could call in the Avenger.. I doubt it's been fixed, R*'s focus isn't fixing GTA5 bugs, it's making new ones for GTA6.. :steammocking:
