Social Club is working, but I can't access it from the game
Hi,

I have a very wierd issue. I can't access the Social Club menu (and so GTA Online) from the game for 3 days now. When I launch the game from Steam, it connects my Social Club account, just as normal, but then, when the game starts, I don't get the notification that I go online on the Social Club. And when I try to access the Social Club menu (Home key), it does anything, it's like my Steam GTA V and the Social Club just don't communicate with each other anymore.

I tried to wipe all Social Club and GTA V files and remake a clean install, but same issue. I am puzzled.

Please help me :/

Did you do anything else? Mods? Install/run any other apps/overlay/background programs?
Possibly stop/sleep/disable or even uninstall them. Same for AV/security softwares while testing.

At the very least - and to be sure... I'd do this-
Open program files - delete rockstar games folder
Open program files x86 - delete rockstar games folder
Open my documents - RENAME rockstar games to rockstar games-OLD
(yes, this removes all settings, saves, profiles - but they are backed up cause you RENAMED)
Open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/installers - rightclick socialclubsetup - run as admin.

If you DID do anything with mods- (first 2 sections)-

Revert to vanilla without redownload-

And just incase.. some tools use other methods to prevent online play-
Check your gtav folder for commandline.txt with -scofflineonly in it - you can delete it.
Check windows firewall / advanced settings / OUTBOUND rules for gtav block - you can delete.
Check windows firewall / advanced settings / INBOUND rules for gtav - make sure green/check'd.
Check gtav launch properties in steam for -scofflineonly - remove it.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

And if it still doesn't work after being made vanilla-
firewall, av, security, malware, mobile/cell isp, wifi, dns, hosts, other stuff you can/can't fix-

NEVERMIND, I found why it didn't work anymore.

My Firewall somehow decided to block GTA V, so I re-autorized it and now it works...
