delete DLCs somehow?
Can it be done somehow? I would like to play the gta 5 (SP) as it first appeared on PC without any addet content, web site changes etc.

There has never been any DLC for story mode.

No, you can't remove any of the DLC changes.

but those for Online also affect story mode. e.g. they changed the way the websites look and motorbike handling. I want to reverse these changes.

Those are done through patches and updates to the core of the game.

Unless you pirate a specific version (in this case, v 1.0) there is no way to achieve what you want with the steam version afaik.

If you've got OpenIV for modding you could try going in and either deleting or modifying the dlclist.xml (under GTA V/update/update.rpf/common/data/) as this is the file that tells the game what order to load the content.

I have absolutely no idea if removing them all would actually work though, I've never tried anything other than adding packs to the list. And I'd definitely make sure you make a backup of the file first.

I am currently trying to somehow rewrite the files with files from retail install of the game I've got from my bro. I don't even know what I'm doing, so I might try what you suggested as well. XD
Thank You.

Go to it's installation path, and delete dlcpacks.
It might look something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

You can run the game only in single player mode.
If you find that you try to go online though, you will be stuck in an infinite join loop.

nice necro...

I have thought of getting a pirated version just so I can listen to the old radio station music while driving around.

There has.
Up until 2015 single player received all vehicles and weapons from the GTAO updates.
'Lowriders' was the last one.

Other than that, I think the only difference is that the BAWSAQ stock market was disabled a few years ago.
