we have trouble playing with eachother, would we get banned if we open hamachi?

Are you talking about a GTA V Multiplayer Mod or regular Online Mode?If you're talking about the former, no, you shouldn't get banned for using Hamachi. If you're talking about the latter, then, no, you don't need Hamachi for Online Mode.
